Felonies

"Felonies are serious charges. Although probation may still be available, felonies often carry prison sentences. You can also be stigmatized for life as a felon. Thus, your liberty and rights are in great jeopardy. Any felony charge needs to be defended as soon as possible to protect your rights and preserve time to file appropriate motions. As an attorney who has handled over a thousand felony cases successfully, I have the skill and knowledge on how to aggressively challenge and fight your felony charges. I am prepared to go to trial if needed to win on your felony case."

- Robert W Precht

The State of Arizona classifies its crimes into categories called felonies and misdemeanors. These classifications make the biggest difference in what punishment or punishments will be received.
