Misdemeanors

"Although misdemeanors are generally not as serious as felony charges, they are still criminal offenses which should not be taken lightly. A misdemeanor can carry up to 6 months in jail along with fines and other statutory requirements. Nobody wants even a misdemeanor on ones record. To have a domestic violence, a drug conviction, or even a shoplifting conviction could seriously jeopardize your record and obtaining or keeping your employment. I am aware of these possible ramifications and take your misdemeanor charges very seriously. As an experienced attorney who has literally successfully handled "thousands" of misdemeanor cases, I know what it takes to win. I know the system and will aggressively defend your case."

- Robert W Precht

The State of Arizona classifies its crimes into categories called felonies and misdemeanors. These classifications make the biggest difference in what punishment or punishments will be received.
